Born in Rio de Janeiro
After his residence in Rio, where he deepened in traditional and popular Brazilian musical spectrum, he traveled to Argentina to keep on studying and researching South American, African and Indian influences in music.
In Buenos Aires he continued with the ethnomusicology specialization, along with his work as luthier, performer and events producer. He worked with masters as Iris Guiñazú (UNESCO), Esteban Perez Esquivel (Ethnic Luthier School) and Mamour Ba (Senegalese griot).
He settled down between Munich (Germany)and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), where he continued developing his career as a musicien-composer ,Camera Künstler and ethnic researcher.
In the last 12 years he traveled several times to Africa (Senegal, Guinee Konakri, Uganda, Tanzania, Kongo, Gambia, Mali, Kapverden, Mauritania, Kenia, Ethiopia , Namibia, Southafrica ), India, Brazil and Europe gathering experiences and audiovisual documentation for differentes tv Channels ( Discovery Channel , Arte , Kabel 1 , ZDF).
